The room was well-kept and brand-new with a living room, a couch, and closet space as advertised. the breakfasts were always freshly prepared and warm, served with juice and dessert. the hotel's location was central to the south coast for the helicopter tours.

Location not far from serving solid food, northern Kauai, and numerous areas of the grounds for the guests. A huge variety of well presented items for buffet breakfast.

The place was reasonably priced. The place was clean with an amazingly great staff on the night shift. Got gorgeous and absolutely fantastic breakfasts with omelet station and the grill. The pool was well-maintained and I had good drinks in the outdoor bar

The hotel was clean and had highly courteous staff. the breakfast was savory and quick, with a variety that included crab legs and the grill.

Jesse was the man checkIng me in, friendly guy at first. It was about 11.30 pm. I was tired and heading to my room after check in. I asked Jesse for water for purchase to bring to my room.... His smurky' comment back was "sorry, this isn't St Regis.... "( a 5star hotel next to Westin in Princeville). I travel the world and stay in various star class hotels all the time, I have never had such a rude welcome. He sent me off to my room with no water for the night, and a fridge full a bottle water very near him as another lady came to my rescue and gave me a ride to my room AND water. Shame an individual like that should work in 'hospitality' and give a good hotel a bad taste.

The rooms were top notch, very accomodating with the Villa style, will definetely stay there again

The place was spotless, and the staff working overnight were pleasant and helpful, and we loved our beautifully furnished room with a jacuzzi tub.

It's conveniently close to Kauai and presents a lovely area for a 10-minute hike from the Westin entrance.

We recently had a romantic escape in this hotel and we really enjoyed our stay. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view of the ocean. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to hiking trails and snorkeling spots. Plus, the happy hour Mai tai's were delicious!

There were a few things that we didn't like. the hotel lacked beach access, which was a disappointment.

The resort offers a magnificent view of the ocean. the rooms are beautifully maintained and brand-new. - the location is wonderful, in a very nice area close to a cliff on the north side of the island. - It's near Hanalei, Kapa'a, and the restaurants and activities in the area.
